The design starts with a rough sketch of the plans provided by you. Usually this is a basic drawing supplemented with information about the location and important conditions such as available space and net free height. Highcare will work with you to develop an initial, precise design, resulting in a detailed 3D project drawing with an initial price estimate. This process has been fully developed and automated. This allows us to respond quickly, ensuring you will have the basic information you need about the composition, price and exact delivery time of your cleanroom within just a few days.
Immediately after receiving the order confirmation, we start planning the work and industrial production. There is a direct connection between the design process and production. All components of the cleanroom are industrially assembled. An optimized process allows us to deliver faster, keep costs low and minimize the risk of errors. Every component of the final product is stable, high-quality and complies with all international standards.
Our demountable modular construction system allows us to install the cleanroom quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption. The logical structure makes assembly and installation or disassembly easy. Several phases of the construction process run in parallel for maximum efficiency.
The complete lead time from the start of the assignment to delivery is – depending on the size of the project – approximately 3 months.
