One notable choice is the unique fire prevention system. Water mist instead of a traditional sprinkler system. After a fire, the difference between the systems is immediately apparent; the damage. Watermist instantly clears like morning fog on a summer day. A sprinkler puts everything under water in an emergency and causes extreme damage. Watermist puts out the fire and causes no damage.
