Illochroma Haoneng

Illochroma Haoneng produces mouth masks in a production unit designed and built by Highcare Cleanrooms in Genk. They supply the mouth masks under the brand name Illocare. In the cleanroom, they process basic materials from China into mouth masks.

Design

The original design was based on a Highcare Cleanroom with hollow metal ceilings and walls. For cost reasons, Illochroma’s management chose a cheaper alternative and made concessions regarding smoke and fire safety. The walls are made of interlocking PIR sandwich panels.

Implementation

During the Corona outbreak, the clean room was built.
