Cleanroom softwall is a simple way to locally improve dust classification. They are applied as an “island. A stand alone work environment in an industrial hall, office or cleanroom. It is a simple solution to locally improve classification in a hardwall cleanroom or to shield a work area.
PVC strips
A commonly used methods is that with a transparent – pvc strip curtain – these slats overlap and more or less seal each other.
Accessible
The screened area thus remains easily accessible. With ingenious airflow, the hallmark of a Highcare cleanroom, purified air is blown in through the ceiling and extracted at plinth level. A GMP or ISO with a cleanroom softwall from Highcare will be flush and sanitary. The air technology “flushes” the room clean, so to speak.
Without overpressure
With the clean air from the air socks, contaminated air washes away under the cleanroom softwall. The system is sanitary. The cleanrooms’ PVC slats and metal walls are easy to clean. A solid technical system guarantees a continuous flow of filtered air. You increase the necessary standard and classification with the wall. Common classifications with cleanroom softwall are ISO 6 or lower.
Stand-alone
A Highcare softwall cleanroom is a box-in-box system, stand-alone and is constructed under the roof or ceiling or a mezzanine floor. The technical installation is placed on this mezzanine floor. We prefer to keep contaminating equipment outside the cleanroom. This demountable box-in-box system makes it possible to make repairs or adjustments locally without stopping the production process. Adjustments are easy to carry out due to the dismountable click-click-ready system, possibly with your own personnel and therefore at relatively low cost. The system consists of durable inert materials. The complete softwall possibly with the intermediate floor is demountable, movable and easy to reassemble.
