Darkroom
In close consultation, Highcare employees design the space in which the unit is placed. Due to thermal contamination, the cleaning line is usually an independent unit that is not part of the cleanroom’s central air handling system. If necessary, the space can be soundproofed.
UV-A inspection with shaving light
The procedure recommends UV-A inspection with shaving light as a necessary activity in a darkroom. Highcare build special blinds in the cleanroom that can be remotely operated to darken the room.
Ultrasonic cleaning with air bubbles
During the ultrasonic cleaning process, sound waves are passed through a liquid. This creates tens of thousands of air bubbles that are collapsed by the sound waves. These implosions result in a multitude of small movements through the cleaning fluid. The turbulence functions like a brush and soaks dirt loose from the object without scratching or abrasion; even in places that cannot be reached with an object. Cavitation is the phenomenon that in a turbulently moving fluid the local pressure becomes lower than the vapor pressure of the fluid. Cleaning in UPW, Ultra Pure Water
In the ultrasonic cleaning system, the liquid used is UPW, ultra pure water. Depending on the process-oriented and thus defined quality of this ultra pure water, different methods of chemical or physical treatment together form a series of purification steps for ultrasonic cleaning in clean rooms.
UV-A light inspection, blacklight, darkroom
