Applications of cleanrooms are diverse and range from extremely clean – with limited microscopic particulate matter – to sterile, providing maximum protection against microbiology. There are areas where “positive pressure” of filtered air provides protection from outside contamination, or conversely, “negative pressure” ensures that the outside environment does not become contaminated. A Highcare is standard air-conditioned, flush, has a sanitary design and is constructed of inert materials. Cleanrooms, an interesting field!

Highcare’s quality is confirmed by customers who order a cleanroom for a third time. For more than 25 years, Highcare has been designing and installing cleanrooms. The best references are the clients who place follow-up orders. A significant portion of annual sales consists of repeat orders.

Some clients grow out of their space and ask Highcare to move the cleanroom to another location. All components, with the exception of the floor covering, are demountable and relocatable. The parts are safely stored in containers and transported to the new location. At this location, the cleanroom will be rebuilt. The quality of the modular metal walls and ceilings is proven by the fact that all elements are repositioned unrecognizable. The waste rate is zero. The annual classification is unchanged. Cleanrooms are an interesting field.
