Cleanroom textile air ducts, air distribution hoses, airsocks. The quality of a cleanroom is measured by the cleanliness of the overall space and the extent to which it is flushed clean with filtered blow-in air; three dimensionally. In a Highcare, flushing is optimally distributed over the total horizontal and vertical cross-section. The room is flushed with filtered air 24/7 at a fixed frequency; flush. Due to its structure, a textile air duct can be used flexibly in hard-to-reach places. An ideal product for optimal air distribution without drafts.
Draught-free air distribution
Using air distribution hoses, it is possible to distribute the blow-in air evenly and effectively in the room. This makes it possible to still design draft-free ventilation with large air volumes.
Design
All air distribution hoses are fabricated on a project-by-project basis, allowing for a “customized” solution. Because of this flexible nature, many designs are conceivable. Round, semi-circular, quarter-round, reduced height, many things are possible and there is a wide range of lengths, diameters and colors.
Noise reduction effect
Air distribution hoses are low-noise, without induction devices (nozzles / perforations), which can be specially applied. Due to the absorbing capacity of the woven material, there is additional noise reduction.(room attenuation)
Hygienic
Textile air distribution system are very clean, the cloth itself functions as an additional filter. The filter cascade in the air handling system purifies the blown-in air flowing through the socks. Moreover, cleaning the airsocks is easy to perform. The air distribution hoses are made of Trevira CS, this material is non-hygroscopic and thus, even in very humid rooms, cannot absorb moisture. This makes it extremely suitable for GMP, HACCP, IFS and BRC applications.
Condensation
The air distribution hoses are of woven material with always an “air shell” around the surface of the fiber, which will prevent condensation on the surface when cooling.
Sustainable
Air transport and diffusion over long distances (200m) thanks to minimal internal friction reduces energy costs. Durability in terms of quality (warranty from 1 to 5 years) design and aesthetics.
Because air distribution hoses introduce the supply air evenly along the entire length, ensuring optimal distribution, less energy is needed to cool or ventilate the room.
Fire resistance
The fabrics used meet the requirements for fire resistance (M1, M0…)
Cleaning
Cleanroom textile air ducts, airsocks, are easy to disassemble, wash and reassemble. Provided the water temperature remains below 40 degrees, the sock only shrinks on initial washing; a maximum of 4%. In a clean room, air ducts foul mainly due to the return air flow along the ceiling. Due to the coanda effect or also called ceiling effect, air sticks to the ceiling. A good design prevents contamination from return air. Airsock washing is rarely necessary in cleanrooms due to filtered air.
