Cleanroom Tilburg ISO7. Low-dust hygienic rooms. At Zevenheuvelenweg there are four Cleanrooms ISO7. These modular metal low-dust spaces come standard under a mezzanine, floor-to-ceiling floor. It is Highcare’s seventh cleanroom in this city. According to the concept developed by Highcare, this modular metal cleanroom system is placed freestanding in an industrial hall under a mezzanine floor. The technical installation is on top of this mezzanine floor. This compact system makes it possible to place all contaminated equipment outside the room, but in the immediate vicinity. Pipes to the clean room are short and run directly through the ceiling or cavity wall.

Aeronautics

The air technology in the Tilburg ISO7 cleanroom consists of a vertical air flow. Via the airsocks in the ceiling, the filtered air flows through the return grille at plinth level. With this system it is possible to move large amounts of HEPA air and achieve a high classification at rest but also operationally.

Modular System

A cleanroom from Highcare consists of modular wall and ceiling elements that are interchangeable. This industrially produced system is assembled on site. The design complies with IFD construction technology. Also this Cleanroom Tilburg ISO7 is demountable, the assembled wall and ceiling segments can be rearranged after years if necessary.
