Flexible
Highcare’s system temporarily darkens a limited area of the cleanroom. The flexible screens in the VDL darkroom can be operated at the touch of a button. While you are working, the dark screens automatically lower and the room is darkened. Possibly via a movable hand control, the cleanroom screens can be controlled remotely.
Undisturbed
In the working procedure, this system cleans and inspects the products in the same location. Without interrupting the process and as soon as you finish the inspection, the screens can be raised again.
Description
There is usually enough space in the clean room for this blackout system. The screens are mounted in a closed square and are remotely adjustable in height. With the screens of the square down, the walls of the cleanroom darkroom are black, extend to the floor and close light-proof. In the corners are special corner profiles connected to the ceiling at the top and fixed to the floor at the bottom. The rolled screens are located in a storage unit at the bottom against the ceiling.
