ISO7 Cleanroom
In Tilburg, Weener Plastics opted for an innovative solution by placing the four injection molding machines outside the clean rooms and placing the products via robots from the IMM under HEPA filtered air directly into the goods locker. This keeps the injection molding machine outside the clean room and the goods are moved hygienically. Weener Plastic takes advantage of the unique construction of the cleanroom. The units are completely separate in the industrial hall under a mezzanine. On this mezzanine floor, directly above the cleanrooms is the air treatment installation.
Flexibility proves its worth
During construction and installation, design changes were made due to advancing insight. In which installed wall and ceiling panels were simply relocated. The flexibility of the Highcare system came into its own in the four ISO7 cleanrooms here. Without wasting material, walls and ceilings were moved and reused.
